I believe healing involves the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and environment. Whether you're adjusting to new motherhood, supporting a child through emotional challenges, or managing chronic stress or hormonal shifts, I meet you where you are with care that is practical, individualized, and deeply respectful.
My approach is rooted in humility, authenticity, and curiosity. I listen with purpose, partner with clients to clarify goals, and help them understand their story—shaping a healing path that feels grounded and right.
If you're looking for a thoughtful, relational approach to care, I would be honored to work with you.
