I am a Dual Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner and have completed advanced perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International. I offer medication management and outpatient therapy—both in person and virtually. With over 15 years of experience in settings including the VA, UNC, Duke, rural FQHCs, public health clinics, and long-term care facilities, I support individuals and families across the lifespan. My clinical focus is women’s mental health, including perinatal and postnatal care, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma, grief, and addiction.
I believe healing involves the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and environment. Whether you're adjusting to new motherhood, supporting a child through emotional struggles, or managing chronic stress or hormonal shifts, I’ll meet you where you are with care that’s practical, individualized, and deeply respectful.
I practice with humility, authenticity, and curiosity—listening with purpose and partnering with clients to clarify goals, understand their story, and create a healing path that feels right. If you're looking for a thoughtful, relational approach to healing, I’d be honored to work with you.
