I previously have held a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) credential, which is no longer active. I now work as a life coach, providing coaching, consultation, and support for adults navigating mental health and substance use challenges. I have extensive experience working with individuals affected by alcohol use, drug misuse, chronic relapse, and the life difficulties that can accompany these issues. I am familiar with AA and 12-step principles and often support individuals engaged in recovery programs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on autonomy, growth, and practical change. Coaching services are not psychotherapy and do not constitute licensed mental health treatment.
