Pam Smith, Ph.D
Dr. Smith is a licensed psychologist in North Carolina. She attended Duke University for her bachelor, masters and doctorate degrees. She has worked in both public and private sectors since 1986. She provides individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults who are actively working to improve their lives and manage their mental health. Since 2005 she has specialized in helping individuals safely recover from substance abuse. Dr. Smith uses cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational training, along with a holistic approach to managing health and wellbeing. When appropriate, her emotional support dog Maddie participates in the therapy.
